Terms Of Use
This Agreement is a contract between the customer (“you”) and 0nbuytools.com Limited (trading as 0nbuytools.com). =
The terms and conditions on which you may purchase products from 0nbuytools.com are as follows. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with 0nbuytools.com. By completing the ordering process and using 0nbuytools.com, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1) Agreement
The complete agreement between you and 0nbuytools.com regarding your purchase of merchandise from 0nbuytools.com is as follows:
(a) these conditions; (b) the terms of the order.
This agreement shall be constituted between you and 0nbuytools.com once 0nbuytools.com receives and accepts an order. No obligation to sell or supply the Goods will arise until an order has been received and accepted. 0nbuytools.com may accept each order at its sole discretion. Each order is a separate agreement.
2) Purchase order and shipment
You will place an order with 0nbuytools.com by selecting an item, entering your personal and payment details and pressing the “Complete Order” button.
Any person who receives goods at the delivery address is presumed by 0nbuytools.com to be authorized to receive goods on your behalf.
(a) the adult placing the order, or
If the delivery address is unoccupied at the time of delivery, you will need to make alternative arrangements with the carrier for a suitable time. Additional fees may apply. Delivery times are Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. An exact time cannot be given.
Delivery charges include packaging, delivery and insurance.
3) Risk and Ownership
Risk and title in the goods pass to you upon delivery to the delivery address.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact 0nbuytools.com at support@0nbuytools.com within 3 days of receipt to request a Return Authorization (RA).
Items with all original tags attached and in salable condition may be exchanged for a different size or store credit when accompanied by the original order receipt, online store return form, and RA number.
Sale ends after 10 days. All promotional items, phone orders and pre-orders are valid upon purchase. There are no price adjustments.
Returns must be sent via registered mail. For international purchases (except for defective items), 0nbuytools.com is not responsible for return shipping or duty reimbursement.
Your exchange for a different size item will be at our expense. If we do not have the required size in stock, you will receive a refund. If you change your mind, your replacement garment will incur postage costs. If you would like to exchange the item for a different style, we recommend that you return the item for store credit and purchase the new item separately.
4) Product prices and payment methods
You agree to pay shipping and handling charges. You are responsible for paying all import taxes, duties, and local sales taxes imposed by the country and/or state you are shipping from; you must pay these fees to release your order from customs upon arrival.
Payment is due at the time of ordering. 0nbuytools.com accepts debit cards, MasterCard and Visa. The name that will appear on your purchase statement is 0nbuytools.com.
5) Product packaging and labeling
All items shipped from 0nbuytools.com will be sent in packaging that is most suitable for the item purchased to ensure that the item is protected. Care labels will appear on all garments and should be strictly adhered to.
6) License
You are authorized to use the 0nbuytools.com website on your computer to purchase items from 0nbuytools.com. You acknowledge that you may not use the 0nbuytools.com website for any other purpose.
7) Intellectual property rights
You acknowledge that 0nbuytools.com or its related companies own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in 0nbuytools.com, including but not limited to any images, photos or text that appear on the website. You agree not to make any representation to the contrary, and you shall not use or copy 0nbuytools.com in any manner inconsistent with the rights of the owner or licensee of such intellectual property.
You acknowledge that any trademark or logo appearing on the 0nbuytools.com website is owned by or licensed to 0nbuytools.com and that you shall not do anything that would prejudice the rights of the trademark owner or licensee in such trademark or logo .
8) Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any liability of 0nbuytools.com arising out of or in connection with any breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of the goods or services provided to you through the use of 0nbuytools.com will be limited to :
(a) if the case involves goods, replace the goods or provide equivalent goods; and
(b) If the condition relates to services, supply the services again or pay the cost of supplying the services again.
You agree that the installation, downloading, use or operation of 0nbuytools.com is entirely at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify 0nbuytools.com and its affiliates from all forms of direct, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profits, loss of data or any loss or damage reasonably believed to be caused). As of the date of this Agreement, the parties have taken into consideration any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with 0nbuytools.com or this Agreement, including but not limited to loss or damage caused by the negligence of 0nbuytools.com or its affiliates.
9)Safety
If 0nbuytools.comi provides you with a password, you agree to accept responsibility for its safekeeping. You will be held liable if unauthorized persons use your password. You agree to release and forever indemnify 0nbuytools.com from any liability arising out of any unauthorized use of your password.
10) Change notification
0nbuytools.com may add, delete or otherwise change any terms of this Agreement. Your use of the 0nbuytools.com Services will be deemed your acceptance of such changes.
