We strive to get your order to you within 5-10 business days. If we must ship in batches, please allow an additional 1 business day for shipment. If your item is a sales order, it may take up to 10 business days to ship due to outbound volumes from our warehouse.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is packed and ready for collection by the courier, you should receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your ticket number and a link to the courier company’s tracking website. This number is only valid after the courier scans the package, so please allow up to 24 hours for the number to appear in their system. If there is a problem with the delivery and you need to contact the courier company, you will need to have this number ready. You can track and manage your postal shipments here.

– Did you receive your initial order confirmation email? This will rule out the possibility that you entered the wrong email address (it does happen!)

  • Have you checked your spam folder?
    – Has it been more than 2 days since you received your order confirmation email? Sometimes it takes a few days to complete an order
